Our Process

Are you ready to start your financial journey? Your team at Knox Grove Financial is here to support and guide you on YOUR PATH FORWARD. Get your hiking boots, bring plenty of water, and comfortable clothes. We’ll take care of the rest.

This figurative path we’re taking you through should be a journey that you enjoy. We feel it’s important to take time to get to know you, and for you to get to know us. It’s time to change the conversation about money and really dive deep into your needs, values, and goals. That’s why our initial conversations will be focused on YOU.

The Steps in Your Journey

Start Your Journey

During our initial consultation, we'll talk about your personal and financial goals, needs and priorities, and how you feel about money in general. We'll explain our process and fees and define the scope of the engagement.

Gather The Essentials

Once you engage us, we'll set up your online account so you can share the data you'd like to incorporate into your plan. We've created an easy to follow Planning Checklist to help you gather information.

Analyze and Evaluate Your Current Path

As we collaborate with you to design a custom plan, our team reviews all your data, models it in our planning software, and provides feedback and guidance as we make our way to the recommendation phase.

Review Your Plan Recommendations

This is where the fun really begins. Once we've completed the data analysis and evaluated your current financial situation, we develop and present your plan recommendations, ranked in a prioritized order.

Implement the Plan

The key to implementation is to keep the momentum going. Once we’ve agreed on a clear path that aligns with your vision, we’ll get you started on your journey. We’ll set some milestones, meet any obstacles head on, and keep you on track.

Monitor the Progress of Your Plan

A Financial Plan is a living document. We consistently monitor the progress of your plan to ensure that it stays up to date. As your life changes, we make the necessary adjustments so you can stay on course to reach your financial goals.
